  • Proprietary Food and Novel Food Manufacturers
  • Cold/Refrigerated Storage Facilities

Required Documents for FSSAI Registration

For Basic Registration
  • Proof of identity (such as Aadhar card, Voter ID, PAN card, passport, etc.) of the applicant

For State FSSAI License (in addition to Basic Registration documents):

  • Food Safety Management System plan or certificate
